A 12-week immersive experience designed to help you create lasting change through intentional practice.
Practice Until You Master™
From Awareness to Embodiment
The Otdushi Practice
is a 12-week immersive experience
designed to help you move beyond understanding and into lived experience.
Through six (6) interconnected stages, you'll learn to cultivate greater awareness, deepen your connection with yourself, and practice new ways of being until they become part of your everyday life.

1. LEARN
Awareness
Everything begins with awareness.
Before we can create change, we first learn to notice the thoughts, habits, emotions, and patterns that shape our daily lives. Through guided reflection and observation, we begin bringing the unconscious into conscious awareness.

2. EXPLORE
Mind - Body
Awareness deepens through experience.
Together, we explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, behaviors, and unconscious patterns. By learning to listen to both the mind and the body, new insights begin to emerge.

3. CONNECT
Reflection & Support
Growth does not happen in isolation.
Whether in a small group or individual setting, this phase creates opportunities for meaningful reflection, connection, accountability, and support as you move through the process.

4. EXPERIENCE
Inner Exploration
Through mindfulness, self-hypnosis, somatic practices, and experiential exercises, you begin exploring yourself beyond the thinking mind. This creates space for deeper understanding, self-compassion, and new possibilities.

5. EXPLORE
Intentional Change
Awareness deepens through experience.
Together, we explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, behaviors, and unconscious patterns. By learning to listen to both the mind and the body, new insights begin to emerge.

6. EMBODY
Becoming
Over time, what once required intention begins to feel natural.
Whether in a small group or individual setting, this phase creates opportunities for meaningful reflection, connection, accountability, and support as you move through the process.
