WELCOME
My name is Yulia Otdushi. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, integrating mindfulness, clinical hypnosis, mind–body and art therapy approaches to support deep and lasting change.

My last name, Otdushi, holds a deep meaning to me.
In my native language, Russian, “ot” means “from” and “dushi” means “souls.”
Helping people from my soul—and guiding them back to themselves—has become both my work and my calling. ​
MY APPROACH
I work at the intersection of the mind, body, and the unconscious—
helping you become aware of what has been operating beneath the surface
and gently shift it with intention.
My work is grounded in mindfulness-based and mind–body approaches,
integrating meditation, awareness practices, and deeper exploration of the inner experience.
This is not about forcing change or “fixing” yourself.
It is about learning how to relate to yourself differently—
with more clarity, intention, and steadiness.
Over time, this creates deeper, more lasting transformation—
from the inside out.
MY PATH
My path into this work was shaped by personal experience. Through my own process of healing,
I came to understand how deeply our inner patterns influence
the way we think, feel, and move through life.

This perspective continues to guide my work—not only as a clinician, but as someone who values and practices awareness, self-connection, and intentional living.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College in New York and am a licensed clinician
in Pennsylvania and New York.

My work integrates clinical training with approaches that focus on the connection between the mind and body—
including clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, and somatic awareness.
THE WORK
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work with the underlying patterns that shape your internal experience—often outside of conscious awareness.

Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and intention, creating space for meaningful, sustainable change in how you experience yourself and your life.

where we explore the mind, attention, emotions, and behavior through a meditative psychology and experiential lens.
